Exposar is a comprehensive content provider with expertise in ecommerce. Our photo studio specialises in versatile content creation for the fashion and lifestyle sectors. We handle product, model, video, and copywriting services for more than 150 brands, including renowned names like Hunkemoller, Filling Pieces, Studio Anneloes, and The New Originals.

What’s the job?

As the QC Team Lead at Exposar, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Control team’s operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the company’s products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient quality control procedures.

Your key responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise the QC team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality and process efficiency.
Analyse and document deviations from quality standards, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain and update the company’s quality control documentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.
Implement and maintain a quality control framework to assess and improve the effectiveness of quality control processes.

The Requirements

Good communication skills in English, dutch is a plus.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
A good organiser, someone who can make an overview easily and is not overwhelmed by the work to do.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Has knowledge of Photoshop and knows how to run actions, colormatch and recolor Packshot items
A real teamplayer, but can also work on her/his own when needed.
